Pork Fillet Recipe

 

Adequate for babies six months of age on up.
Makes 1 serving.

Ingredients
1 piece of pork fillet 40 to 60 grams
2 parsley leaves
A few drops of olive oil

Preparation

  1. Place the fillet on a sheet of aluminum foil and put the parsley leaves on the top.
  2. Wrap the meat in the aluminum foil loosely so that steam can form inside.
  3. Place the meat to cook in a previously heated oven at 180 degrees C. for 20 minutes.
  4. Cut or mince the meat.
  5. Mix the juice that has been let off by the meat so that it is tastier and gives it a better flavor.

This method of cooking can be used for all types of meat.
