Pork Fillet Recipe
Adequate for babies six months of age on up. Makes 1 serving.
Ingredients 1 piece of pork fillet 40 to 60 grams 2 parsley leaves A few drops of olive oil
Preparation
- Place the fillet on a sheet of aluminum foil and put the parsley leaves on the top.
- Wrap the meat in the aluminum foil loosely so that steam can form inside.
- Place the meat to cook in a previously heated oven at 180 degrees C. for 20 minutes.
- Cut or mince the meat.
- Mix the juice that has been let off by the meat so that it is tastier and gives it a better flavor.
This method of cooking can be used for all types of meat.
