Potato with Fish Patty Recipe
Adequate for babies nine months of age on up. Makes 1 serving.
Ingredients 100 grams of potatoes 2 tablespoons of milk 75 grams of fish filets 1 tablespoon of tomato sauce 1 teaspoon of olive oil A few parsley leaves
Preparation
- Peel the potatoes, cut into small pieces and put them to cook with abundant cold water.
- Once the potatoes are cooked, strain them and mash them with a potato masher.
- Use a piece of plastic; knead the mashed potatoes so that you end up with a compact consistency.
- Place the fish filet over aluminum foil and spread them with olive oil and the parsley leaves, close the aluminum foil and put them in the oven (preheated) for 6 to 8 minutes.
- Once done break up the fish filets and add in a little bit of the juice the cooking let off.
- Use a bowl and place a layer of the mashed potatoes in it, then a layer of fish and finally another of mashed potatoes.
- Allow it to sit for a few minutes and place it over a plate. Place the tomato sauce on the top.
- This recipe can be done with any type of fish.
