Rabbit Loin with Lemon Sauce Recipe

 

Adequate for babies twelve months of age on up.
Makes 4 servings.

Ingredients
300 grams of rabbit loin cut in four pieces
2 tablespoons of oil
100 cc’s of meat broth
2 tablespoons of lime juice
1 laurel leaf
Salt (optional)

Preparation

  1. Use a thick-bottomed pan that can go into the oven and heat the rabbit with the oil.
  2. Once it has browned, remove the oil and add in the broth, the limejuice and the laurel leaf.
  3. Put the preparation in the oven previously heated at 190 degrees C. for around 40 minutes. Halfway through cooking time, flip the meat and cover it.
  4. Once cooked divide the serving portions and store what is not going to be used adequately.
