Advice about Rice
Rice for children should be cooked a little more to facilitate digestion.

If you need to add more water into the cooking rice make sure to add in hot water to not ruin the cooking process.

If you spice rice that has been lightly fried, do this before adding in the water.

If you want to store the rice, it is better to not cook it to its entirety so that it does not get too mushy when heating it up again.

Cooking time of rice varies depending on if it’s boiled or slightly fried before boiling it, slightly frying the rice before results in harder rice.

You can store the leftover rice water.
