Scrambled Egg with Tomatoes Recipe

 

Adequate for babies twelve months of age on up.
Makes 1 serving.

Ingredients
1 egg
1 tablespoons of tomato sauce
½ teaspoon of oil
Salt (optional)

Preparation

  1. Beat the egg and add in the tomato sauce.
  2. Place the oil in a deep thick pan and when it is hot, add in the mixture.
  3. Stir consistently, because the egg will start to cook very quickly.
  4. Once the eggs are a little bit dryer but not completely. Take it off the heat because it will continue cooking for a little bit.
  5. Stir until it is cool enough to serve out.

You can substitute tomato sauce for a tablespoon of fresh cheese.

For children under twelve months of age it is advisable to feed them only half of this serving portion.
