Scrambled Eggs with Mushrooms Recipe
Adequate for babies twelve months of age on up. Makes 1 serving.
Ingredients 1 egg 75 grams of mushrooms 1 teaspoon of olive oil Salt (optional)
Preparation
- Clean the mushrooms and chop them into small pieces.
- Place the oil in a deep thick pan and when it is hot, add in the mushrooms. Allow them to cook until they are completely dry and at this point, take them off the heat.
- Beat the egg, add them into the mushrooms and place it all back into the pan that you were previously using.
- Stir consistently, because the egg will start to cook very quickly.
- Once the eggs are a little bit dryer but not completely. Take it off the heat because it will continue cooking for a little bit.
- Stir until it is cool enough to serve out.
For children under twelve months of age it is advisable to feed them only half of this serving portion.
