Soft Boiled Eggs Recipe
Adequate for babies twelve months of age on up. Makes 1 serving.

Preparation
- Place the egg in a small deep pot with cold water. Make sure the water covers the egg completely.
- Cooking time is calculated from the moment the water starts boiling.
- You should calculate around 2 to 3 minutes depending on the size of the egg.
- To stop the egg from cooking, it is important to take it out of the water once the cooking time is over and place it under running cold water.
- Once it is completely cool put the egg in an egg dish and cut the top part of the egg.
- Cut strips of bread to dip them inside the egg.
If the egg breaks, place a teaspoon of salt into the pot.
The egg should be eaten right after it is cooked.
