Ingredients
1 egg

Preparation

  1. Place the egg in a small deep pot with cold water. Make sure the water covers the egg completely.
  2. Cooking time is calculated from the moment the water starts boiling.
  3. You should calculate around 2 to 3 minutes depending on the size of the egg.
  4. To stop the egg from cooking, it is important to take it out of the water once the cooking time is over and place it under running cold water.
  5. Once it is completely cool put the egg in an egg dish and cut the top part of the egg.
  6. Cut strips of bread to dip them inside the egg.

If the egg breaks, place a teaspoon of salt into the pot.

The egg should be eaten right after it is cooked.
