Sole Filets Recipe

 

Adequate for babies nine months of age on up. Makes 2 servings.

Ingredients
2 sole fillets
4 tablespoons of orange juice
1 teaspoon of olive oil
A few parsley leaves
Flour and salt (optional)

Preparation

  1. Wash the fish filets well and make sure they do not have any bones.
  2. Flour the filets and place them on an oiled baking tray so that they fish does not stick to the pan.
  3. Pour the orange juice over the fish and add in the parsley leaves chopped in little pieces.
  4. Place the preparation in the preheated oven at 180 degrees C. for around 10 minutes, uncovered.
  5. Separate two servings and store what you are not going to use in the refrigerator or the freezer covered.

This can be prepared with any type of fish.
