Sole Filets Recipe
Adequate for babies nine months of age on up. Makes 2 servings.
Ingredients 2 sole fillets 4 tablespoons of orange juice 1 teaspoon of olive oil A few parsley leaves Flour and salt (optional)
Preparation
- Wash the fish filets well and make sure they do not have any bones.
- Flour the filets and place them on an oiled baking tray so that they fish does not stick to the pan.
- Pour the orange juice over the fish and add in the parsley leaves chopped in little pieces.
- Place the preparation in the preheated oven at 180 degrees C. for around 10 minutes, uncovered.
- Separate two servings and store what you are not going to use in the refrigerator or the freezer covered.
This can be prepared with any type of fish.
