Sole with Marrow Recipe
Adequate for babies nine months of age on up. Makes 2 servings.
Ingredients 150 grams of cod fillets 150 grams of marrow A few parsley leaves 1 tablespoon of olive oil
Preparation
- Place the fish over aluminum foil spreading oil over it. Sprinkle some lemon drops on the top, add the parsley leaves and the peeled marrow chopped into fine slices.
- Wrap the fish with the aluminum foil loosely to allow it to steam and place it in the oven (preheated at 180 degrees C.) to cook for around 12 minutes.
- Take the aluminum foil off of the fish and remove the parsley leaves. Divide the preparation into two servings and store the leftover portion adequately.
This recipe will be very delicious make with fresh cod without the skin.
