Spinach Roll Recipe for Children

 

Ingredients
2 eggs
1 tablespoon of sugar
3 tablespoons of prepared flour
1 cup of cooked spinach
1 tablespoon of Parmesan cheese
½ chicken breast cooked
½ pepper without skin cut in strips
2 tablespoons of homemade mayonnaise

Preparation
Beat the egg whites until they are foamy. Add in the sugar and sifted flour. Mix and add in the previously blended spinach with the egg yolks and the Parmesan cheese. Place the preparation in a baking pan covered with greased baking sheet and bake it for 15 minutes at medium heat. In the meanwhile, break up the chicken breast and mix it with the homemade mayonnaise. Take the preparation out of the oven, remove the baking sheet, and roll and unroll the roll so that the dough becomes flexible and fill it with the chicken and pepper in strips. Then roll it up and place the roll inside the refrigerator from one day to the next. Cut in slices and serve.
