Spring Pasta Recipe
Adequate for babies twelve months of age on up. 1 serving.
Ingredients 100 grams of noodles (very small sized) ½ medium sized onion 1 ripe tomato 50 grams of pumpkin 50 grams of carrots 30 grams of already cooked peas 40 grams of grated soft cheese 1 tablespoon of olive oil Salt (optional)
Preparation
- Put the pasta to cook in the boiling water. Once cooked, strain it.
- On the side, put the oil in a pan and the finely chopped onions to cook, they will need to cook slowly until they are softened.
- At this point add in the pumpkin chopped up into small squares, the peeled and finely chopped carrots and the peas as well.
- Allow the vegetables to cook for around 10 minutes and add in the grated tomato without the seeds. Allow it to cook for another 10 minutes.
- Once the sauce has been cooked, you can then add in the pasta (noodles) and stir a little bit then take it off the heat.
- Before serving each portion, heat it up in the microwave and add the cheese on the top.
