Steamed Fish Recipe for 9 Month Babies
Ingredients 2 fillets of sole of 25 grams each ½ teaspoon of chopped onion 1 dash of olive oil
Preparation Wash and clean the fish well making sure there aren’t any bones in it. Place a little bit of the well-chopped onion and a dash of olive oil. Wrap the fillets in aluminum foil and cook them in a pot covered with a little bit of water or steam them with a steam rack. Allow them to cook for ten minutes approximately, then take the aluminum foil off and allow them to cool before serving out.
