Strawberry Salad, Fruit of the Sea and Mint Recipe
Ingredients 200 grams of strawberries 2 endives 150 grams of marinated salmon 150 grams of cooked prawns 150 grams of fresh cheese 2 tablespoons of honey 4 tablespoons of vinegar 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil 1 tablespoon of mint paste
Preparation Wash and cut the endives. Wash the strawberries, the prawns, the fresh cheese and marinated salmon. Mix it in a bowl and put it on the side. In a small bowl place the two tablespoons of the honey for the sauce then add in the 4 tablespoons of vinegar the 2 tablespoons of olive oil and the mint.
Boil everything on low heat for a couple minutes stirring every once in awhile. Add a pinch of salt to it and strain the sauce to take the mint leaves out. Allow the sauce to cool and serve the salad decorating the plates with the ends of the endives and the sliced strawberries.
