The Good Old American Style Breakfast with Eggs
Eggs were considered amongst the Arabs as one of the greatest aphrodisiacs. Such beliefs were picked up by Al Nefzaoui (who lived from 1394 to 1433) in his play “The Perfumed Garden”. In the last chapter he exposes the conclusion of his work and talks about how eggs caused a good effect on the coitus.

He said to prepare a great number of eggs, so that the person could eat until they had just enough and to fry them with fresh shortening. Once done, they needed to be submerged in honey and mixed in well. Then to eat as much as the person could with some bread, and to rest assured the member will not allow you to rest.
