Tri-colored Hard Boiled Eggs Recipe
Adequate for babies twelve months of age on up. Serving amount varies depending on the filling.
Ingredients 3 eggs 30 grams of tuna 1 tablespoons of milk
Preparation
- Place the egg in a small deep pot with cold water. Make sure the water covers the egg completely.
- Cooking time is calculated from the moment the water starts boiling
- You should calculate around 8 to 10 minutes depending on the size of the egg.
- To stop the egg from cooking, it is important to take it out of the water once the cooking time is over and place it under running cold water.
- Once it is completely cool you can peel it.
- If the egg breaks, place a teaspoon of salt into the pot.
- Once the egg has cooled down, cut it horizontally face down and remove the egg yolk.
- 1st egg: Mix the egg yolks with the tuna fish and the tablespoon of milk. Once it has mixed well, fill the egg half with the filling.
- One egg half with the filling would be equal to one meal.
- 2nd egg: Once the egg has cooled down, cut it horizontally face down and remove the egg yolk.
- Chop the spinach and mix them with the egg yolk and the milk until you are left with a fine paste. Fill the egg half with the filling.
- One egg half with the filling would be equal to one meal.
- 3rd egg: Once the egg has cooled down, cut it horizontally face down and remove the egg yolk.
- Mix the egg yolk with the tomato sauce until it turns into a soft fine paste (if it is too dry you can add in a little bit of milk). Fill the egg half with the filling.
- One egg half with the filling would be equal to one meal.
This meal can be kept in the refrigerator for up to two days but they should not be frozen.
