Trout in the Oven Recipe
Adequate for babies twelve months of age on up. Makes 2 servings.
Ingredients 2 trout fillet without bones of 75 to 80 grams each Parsley 15 grams of low fat cheese A few drops of lemon
Preparation
- Place the filets in a baking tray.
- Bathe the filet with the lemon and then add in the finely chopped parsley, a tablespoon of water and the cheese.
- Place the fish to cook in the oven (preheated at 180 degrees C.) for 15 minutes.
- Separate the two servings and store what you are not going to use adequately.
