Trout in the Oven Recipe

 

Adequate for babies twelve months of age on up. Makes 2 servings.

Ingredients
2 trout fillet without bones of 75 to 80 grams each
Parsley
15 grams of low fat cheese
A few drops of lemon

Preparation

  1. Place the filets in a baking tray.
  2. Bathe the filet with the lemon and then add in the finely chopped parsley, a tablespoon of water and the cheese.
  3. Place the fish to cook in the oven (preheated at 180 degrees C.) for 15 minutes.
  4. Separate the two servings and store what you are not going to use adequately.
