Tuna Recipe

 

Adequate for babies twelve months of age on up. Makes 1 serving.

Ingredients
1 tuna fillet of 75 to 80 grams
A few drops of lemon
Flour, egg (beaten) and breadcrumbs
Salt (optional)

Preparation

  1. Make sure the fish is clean.
  2. Condiment the fish with the salt and lemon juice.
  3. Flour the fish making sure to shake off the excess amount of flour, then put it in the egg and finally the breadcrumbs.
  4. Fry in an abundant amount of hot oil. Once it is golden on both sides, take it off the heat and allow it to drip and cool over a metal rack before serving out.
